The Forum’s latest Policy in a Pub event will feature a conversation with the new slate of leaders of the city’s higher education institutions: Marquette University President Kimo Ah Yun, Milwaukee Area Technical College President Anthony Cruz, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Chancellor Thomas Gibson, and Eric Baumgartner, incoming president of the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

We’ll discuss our research looking at impacts to higher education institutions and state financial aid from the next state budget, as well as potential federal funding cuts. Then Katherine Kokal of WUWM will moderate a discussion with the leaders examining the challenges and opportunities facing colleges and universities in Wisconsin. As always, we’ll leave plenty of time for Q&A and discussion with our audience.
