Join us Friday, September 29, for our popular virtual event series, Forum Friday – with this installment focusing on teacher workforce challenges in Wisconsin.

We’ll begin the program by presenting our new research on teacher turnover. Then we’ll interview Wisconsin’s top K-12 administrator, State Superintendent Jill Underly, to get her views.

We’ll follow that up with a discussion with two more panelists with expertise in the areas of teacher certification, recruitment, and professional development. Also included in this conversation: the role of traditional educator prep programs, and the challenges of attracting students to education programs and the teaching profession.
