2023 Annual Meeting

We are pleased to announce that registration is now open for the Wisconsin Policy Forum’s 2023 Annual Meeting on February 1 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. The meeting will be held at the Wisconsin Club in Downtown Milwaukee (900 W. Wisconsin Avenue). Drinks and appetizers will be served.

We are planning a compelling program and we look forward to reviewing our 2023 research agenda and installing our officers and our impressive slate of new and re-elected members of our Board of Directors.

Our program will explore the possibilities for significant tax changes in Wisconsin with Peter Barca, the current Secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Revenue; and Rick Chandler, his predecessor under the Walker administration. We’ll discuss the strengths and weaknesses of Wisconsin’s current state tax framework, where change may be justified, and how the state’s historic budget surplus plays into this discussion.
