We want your help to recognize Wisconsin local governments and school districts and their employees that have done exceptional work, including in response to the COVID-19 crisis. Our revamped Salute to Local Government awards slate includes two new categories that highlight the unprecedented pandemic-related challenges facing local governments and school districts across the state.

If you know of an organization or individual that deserves recognition for outstanding public service, submit a nomination for one or more of the Salute award categories below. Feel free to share this opportunity with friends and colleagues. The deadline to submit nominations is August 31.

Save the date! Our rescheduled Salute to Local Government will be held on November 18. While the event will be virtual, we believe it’s more important than ever that we hold it to recognize local governments, school districts, and individual public sector employees who are excelling in these challenging times. Stay tuned for details!
